SALMON WITH ALMONDS, BY GUILLERMO 4º ESO




    Salmon with almonds














INGREDIENTS:

*Salmon
*1 / 4 kg lemon
*150 gr almonds
*100gr butter
*50gr flour
*150 gr milk evaporated or cream of milk
*50 gr parsley
*100 gr bread ground
*Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION:
1.In a bowl place the bread, rolled almonds, chopped parsley and lemon.

2.Melt the butter and reduce with the cream of milk and add you the juice of 1 lemon (make a sauce).

3.Cut pieces of salmon and pepper, by the part that has not got skin, spread with the sauce and pass by the mixed number one.

4.Place breaded cuts of salmon and place in a greased bowl, and place it in the oven x 15 min at 160° C.

5.Serve and garnish with the sauce and lemon and parsley, it can be also accompanied by sautéed vegetables or risotto.
