MINIMARATHON IN MOTRIL - MEDIA MARATÓN EN MOTRIL, STUDENTS, PARENTS, A MEMBER OF THE SCHOOL BOARD AND A TEACHER

MINIMARATHON
It has been a wonderful day. A group of my students, a member of the school board, some parents and I have shared the fantastic experience of running in a minimarathon. I met my students at the school door and we went together to Motril. We have enjoyed a lot. Therefore, we want to take part in another races.
MINIMARATÓN
Ha sido un día maravilloso. Un grupo de mis estudiantes, un miembro del Consejo Escolar, unos padres y yo hemos compartido la fantástica experiencia de correr en una minimaratón. Quedé con mis alumnos en la puerta del colegio y fuimos juntos hasta Motril. Nos hemos divertido mucho. Por eso, queremos participar en más carreras.

MY FAVOURITE SPORT, FOOTBALL, MI DEPORTE FAVORITO, EL FÚTBOL, BY SOFIÁN CHELLALI KARAT, 3º SECONDARY EDUCATION

Football

It is a team sport played between two teams of eleven players each, and some referees dealing with the rules which are properly followed. It is widely considered the most popular sport in the world, as practiced by some 270 million people.

The pitch is rectangular, natural or artificial turf, with a goal or bow to each side of the field. It is played with a ball to be moved through the field with any body part other than the arms or hands, and mostly with feet (hence its name). The aim is to introduce it into the goal or opposite goal, action is called score a goal. The team that achieves the most goals after the match, lasting 90 minutes, is the winner of the match.

The modern game was reinvented in England after the formation of the Football Association, whose rules of 1863 are the basis of sport today. Football's governing body is the Fédération Internationale de Football Association, known by its acronym FIFA. The international competition is the most prestigious soccer World Cup, organized every four years by the agency. This event is the most famous and which has as many viewers worldwide, doubling the audience of the Olympics.
Benefits of playing football :

This is how the game of football today presents a number of benefits themselves practicing this exercise. Among others we can have downloading own human energy caused mainly by stress and academic or work activities, which at some point accumulate over the weeks, this particular we see represented by the Saturday or Sunday practice one or more football matches.
Also another benefit is the peaceful enjoyment of an activity that promotes leisure among humans, a liberating practice and their recreational time, creator of feelings and positive attitudes towards life.
Perhaps one of the benefits in practice of football is learning and experimenting attitudes and moral and volitional values, to establish a relationship of friendship and teamwork along with bandmates, the appearance of fighting spirit and discipline resulting in the triumph with humility or self-acceptance of defeat where our lives can be reflected these attitudes to cope in a better way the social and economic problems afflicting us in our country.
Finally, it may in the future expand each of these and other benefits we can not fail to mention the physical and mental improvement of our body through the development of our physical qualities.

       
Equipement :

Football is the most widespread and popular sport in the world king. Seeing people playing football is a very frequent occurrence something that happens frequently, both grass fields and in the streets of cities. But, despite of being an activity that can also be played at the amateur level, it is necessary to do so equipped with adequate in order to perform at their best complements. For well equipped to play good football, these are the steps to follow

You will need to:
A ball
A football jersey
Some short pants
Football boots
Shin guards

Instructions:
A football player, both amateur and professional, must first be equipped with proper football boots, with studs according to the composition of the field that will tread. Each football boot to be worn with stockings have to hold shin guards. These supplements have to be very comfortable for the player can dribble the ball well and route passes and chuts properly.

However, footwear is not only important for football. Each player must wear clothing that can best further their movements and for that t-shirts and shorts must be the more elastic and fresh as possible.


My favorite football team is Real Madrid and my favorite player is Cristiano Ronaldo of course is the best player in the world!!!

CHICKEN WITH RICE - ARROZ CON POLLO, BY ALEJANDRO VEGA CAÑADAS, A MEMBER OF OUR SCHOOL BOARD

ARROZ CON POLLO
INGREDIENTES:
  • AJO, PIMIENTO VERDE, PIMIENTO ROJO, TOMATE, PUERRO.
  • POLLO.
  • UN KILO Y MEDIO DE ARROZ.
  • AZAFRÁN, CÚRCUMA, SAL, PIMIENTA, CLAVO.
  • ACEITE DE OLIVA.
PREPARACIÓN PARA 14 PERSONAS:
Se sofríen los pimientos verdes, los pimientos rojos, los tomates y los puerros en una sartén. Cuando ya estén fritos se pueden batir. El pollo se fríe en otra sartén. Cuando esté el pollo frito se le agrega los vegetales fritos y tres litros de agua. Se le añadirán las especias que se habrán machacado aparte. Cuando el agua empiece a hervir se le agregará kilo y medio de arroz. Se dejará hervir durante durante 17 minutos. Se retirará la sartén del fuego y se dejará reposar durante 5 minutos. Ya está listo para servir.
CHICKEN WITH RICE
INGREDIENTS:
  • GARLIC, GREEN PEPPER, RED PEPPER, TIMATOES, LEEK.
  • CHICKEN.
  • 1 AND HALF KILO OF RICE.
  • SAFFRON, TURMERIC, SALT, BLACK PEPPER, CLOVE.
  • OLIVE OIL.
COOKING FOR 14 PEOPLE:
Fry the green peppers, red peppers, tomatoes and leeks with a teaspoon of olive oil in a pan. When they are fried you can whisk them. Fry the chicken in another pan with olive oil. When the chicken is fried enough, add the vegetables and 3 litres of water. Add the spices to the water. When the water starts to boil, add the rice. It will boil during 17 minutes. Then, it will settle during 5 minutes. Now it is ready to eat.


























CHESTNUT DAY IN OUR SCHOOL - DÍA DE LAS CASTAÑAS EN NUESTRO COLEGIO

Today is The Chestnut day in our school. Our students from three to seventeen years old have been celebrating this day. They had prepared poems, stories, drawings... to give them to the man who roasted the chestnuts.
The roasted chestnut is a tipical autumn food in our country in this season. 

Our students have enjoyed this activity a lot.


Hoy es El Día de la Castaña en nuestro colegio. Nuestros estudiantes desde los tres hasta los diecisiete años ha estado celebrando este día. Ellos habían preparado poemas, historias, dibujos... para entregarlos al seños que asaba las castañas.
La castaña asada es una comida típica en nuestro país en esta época del año.


Nuestros alumnos han disfrutado mucho con esta actividad.

STUFFED EGGPLANTS- BERENJENAS RELLENAS, BY MOTHERS, STUDENTS AND TEACHERS.



BERENJENAS RELLENAS

INGREDIENTES:
-       15 berenjenas.
-       1 kilo y medio de carne picada de pollo.
-       1 kilo de tomate frito.
-       1 litro de leche.
-       3 puerros.
-       2 cebollas.
-       Queso rallado.
-       Mantequilla.
-       Nuez moscada y sal.
-       Maicena.
-       Aceite de oliva.

PREPARACIÓN:
Cortamos las berenjenas por la mitad y le haremos cortes a lo largo y hacia los lados; abriremos un poco y pondremos sal.
Las pondremos al horno para asarlas.
En una sartén pondremos aceite de oliva.
Cortaremos los puerros y las cebollas en daditos y sofreiremos, cuando estén pochadas pondremos la carne y salpimentaremos.
Cuando esté frito todo le pondremos el tomate frito y dejaremos cocer un poquito.
Despegaremos la carne de las berenjenas y les pondremos el relleno por encima.
Haremos una bechamel con la leche y la maicena y le pondremos la nuez moscada y la mantequilla.
Repartiremos la bechamel por encima de las berenjenas y queso rallado, y gratinaremos en el horno.





STUFFED EGGPLANT
INGREDIENTS:
- 15 eggplants.
- 1 kilo and a half of chopped chicken meat.
- 1 kilo of tomato sauce.
- 1 litre of milk.
- 3 leeks.
- 2 onions.
- Grated cheese.
- Butter.
- Nutmeg and salt.
- Cornstarch.
- Olive oil.
PREPARATION:
Cut the eggplants in half and cut lengthways and sideways.
We will open them a little and put salt in them.
Put them into the oven to roast them.
In a pan put some olive oil.
Cut the leeks and the onions in cubes and sauté them, when they are ready, we will add the meat with salt and pepper.
When everything is fried, add the tomato sauce and let cook a little.
Add the fried chicken on the eggplants and put on them the filling on top.
Prepare the bechamel with the milk and the cornstarch and add the walnut nutmeg and the butter.
Spread the bechamel sauce over the eggplants and cover them with grated cheese, heat them in the oven.
