HEALTHY FOOD, BETTER LIFE. CAROLINA, 4º ESO

Here I leave you one fantastic recipe that one of our students has suggested to us, in order to follow a healthy eating style. Our goal is to follow a healthy diet rich in fresh fruit, vegetables,  cereals, potatoes, beans, nut, seeds, olive oil and fish.

Aquí os dejo una receta fantástica que una de nuestras alumnas nos ha sugerido, para alcanzar un estilo saludable de alimentación. Nuestro objetivo es seguir una dieta saludable rica en fruta fresca, verduras, cereales, patata, judías, frutos secos, legumbres, aceite de oliva y pescado.

GREEN BEANS WITH ALMONDS

Preparation time: 10 minutes.
Cooking time: 20 minutes.
For 4 people
Instructions
1º Boil green beans in the minimum amount of water needed with salt until tender, then drain well and place in cold water.
2º Fry lightly browned almonds and garlic with a little hot oil and discard the garlic.
3º Drain the beans and mix with oil and the fried almonds.
Ingredients
400 g green beans
Salt
1/4 cup of almonds
2 garlic cloves
2 spoons of olive oil
Carolina, 4º ESO
