Vegetables and chicken Tajin
Ingredients for 4 people
1/2 small chicken, 1 leek, 2 carrots, 8 prunes, 1 zucchini, ras hanout spices, 2 onions, 2 tomatoes, 2 tablespoons tomato concentrate, 1 tablespoon choricero pepper meat, 1 / 2 liter of poultry broth, extra virgin olive oil, salt.
How to prepare chicken and vegetable tajin.
We put the plums to soak to rehydrate them. Wash the vegetables well and chop them into small pieces. Check the chicken removing fats, feathers and bits of bone and we began to cook.
At the bottom of the tajine, we put 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, and heat over low heat. In the oil, we sauté the vegetables well chopped, and later the chopped chicken slices in pieces of about 2 cm of side. We can use breasts, thighs or mixture of both. When the chicken takes color, we add ras hanut spices.
We remove and mix the spices well, and add the choricero pepper and two tablespoons of the concentrated tomato.
Then cover with a glass of chicken broth, and lower the heat to a minimum, putting the lid on the tajin and letting it cook slowly.
Inside, there is a slow cooking, and simultaneously a steam cooking that originate a mixture of great flavors, and after about 20-25 minutes we have ready a dish in which the meat is tender, the sauce has thickened and The vegetables are preserved smooth and full of flavor.

What do we need?
To measure the ingredients, we use grams and a regular glass of water, like the one I show you in the photo.
1 and ½ cups of flour
1 and ½ cups of sugar
Nesquik chocolate 1 glass
½ cup of oil
½ glass of milk
1 envelope of Royal yeast
How do we do it?
We preheat the oven to 180º.
We use a bowl, the bigger the better.
Mix the 4 eggs and the sugar.
Beat with a blender until the mixture turns whitish, the closer you get to the point of more spongy it will be.
Note: Now I tell you one thing, from here and according to the original recipe is already mixed everything by hand with a spoon and so I made the one of my birthday, but this today I have beaten everything with the blender and I tell you that I have been much more fluffy, because it gets more air or it will be why I have not overflowed!? Then, the eggs and sugar, I have been adding the ingredients and beating in this order:
Half a glass of oil
Half glass of milk
The glass of Nesquik chocolate and lastly,
The glass and half of flour with the yeast.
Beat and beat until the dough is homogeneous.
We pour it in the mold smeared with butter and flour.
We introduce it in the oven at 180º, heat up and down, in the second position starting at the bottom, for 1 hour. (As I always say the time depends on the oven)
When the time finishes, we turn off the oven. But we do not remove the cake so that it does not be frightened by the abrupt change of temperature.
